The College of Veterinary Medicine announced on its official website that it will hold its fourth scientific conference. It stated that under the sponsor of the Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research and under the supervision of the President of Karbala University and under the guidance of the Dean of the College of Veterinary Medicine , under the slogan, (With scientific research we protect health and animal production), the College of Veterinary Medicine – University of Karbala is holding, its fourth scientific conference, on Thursday, 04 May – 2023, at Al-Sanhouri Hall / University City – Fariha. The objectives of the conference include the following: (development of the health reality, scientific and practical advancement of the reality of livestock, and support of the local economy through scientific research) and (exchange of scientific experiences to plan for protection from pollutants and reduce or limit them). The conference will also address the following topics: (microbiology, parasites, physiology, biochemistry, pharmacology, pathology, histology, embryology, public health, immunology, common diseases, surgery, poultry and production diseases, nutrition, and veterinary internal medicine).
