About us The College of Veterinary Medicine is young in its age and large in size. This college was established in 2007, and since its establishment it has made great strides in the field of development and construction. The College of Veterinary Medicine is considered one of the colleges with a high scientific level, where distinct and clear efforts are made to keep pace with scientific and cognitive development in the field of veterinary medicine. To serve the country and put it in the ranks of developed countries scientifically and culturally. The aim of its establishment was to prepare a generation of veterinarians to serve the livestock in the country and to prepare postgraduate researchers to contribute to the process of building and establishing Iraqi universities. Our dear college includes eight scientific branches.
