The meeting stressed the importance of the network and recommended the establishment of a sub-regional Camel Disease Network (CaMeNet) based in Abu Dhabi with the aim of developing the dromedary camel sector in that sub-region. The development of CaMeNet represents a strategic step forward in the agenda that addresses the challenges facing the growing camel sector in the region with the potential global impact on the camel economy. The steering committee in the network consists of:His Excellency Prince Rashid Al Mansouri \/ Executive Director of the Livestock Foundation \/ United Arab Emirates.Miss Asma Abdi Muhammad \/ Coordination Center for Beauty in the Organization \/ United Arab EmiratesEng.
