After confirmed that there was a human case of death of a man with hemorrhagic fever, and according a letter of the governorate of Thi Qar ,Health Department, in Nasiriyah district. The department of veterinary in Baghdad announced that it had taken measures to contain the spot of hemorrhagic fever in Thi Qar governorate, as it announced that it would take immediate and rapid measures to avoid the emergence of a spot of hemorrhagic fever that appeared in Thi Qar governorate. The DOV- Baghdad announced this through its media website, and indicated that the Director General of the Veterinary Department, Dr. (Thamer Habib Hamza Al-Khafaji), that his department, through the veterinary hospital in Thi Qar, formed a team of veterinarians after confirming that there was a positive case of hemorrhagic fever, according to the health department’s letter Thi Qar, so the spraying and immersion team of the veterinary hospital of Thi-Qar went to the spot of the injury in order to take the necessary measures and measures to surround the spot . A team had visited the house of the deceased. The barn, floors, and walls win the infected spot were sprayed with (delta-methrin), and the area surrounding the area was sprayed. The team gave the necessary veterinary health directives and instructions to breeders and citizen gatherings in the area to explain the seriousness of the disease and how to prevent it.
